PFERD's sanding sponge is suitable for sanding down flat and irregular surfaces by hand. It is ideal for working on wood paint and metal, drywall construction and for all types of small workpieces. The washable material of the sponges means it can be reused. 

Applications include:
Chamfering, Cleaning, Deburring, Derusting, Finishing, grinding out, Paint stripping, removing oxide layers, Roughening, Step-by-step fine grinding, Surface grinding, and working on edges
