PFERD TOOLS has developed the NON-FERROUS cut for general-purpose use on non-ferrous metals and fibre-reinforced plastics. This cut is characterized by its high stock removal rate.

Conical burr with round radius end according to DIN 8032.

-The highly accurate concentricity enables impact free working without creating chatter marks. This considerably reduces wear on the tool and tool drive.

Operating Instructions:
- Observe the following recommended rotational speed:

• Hard non-ferrous metals: 19000 - 29000 RPM
• Soft non-ferrous metals: 14000 - 19000 RPM
• Thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP): 19000 - 35000 RPM

- Maximum Overhang = 10mm
- Clamping Depth = 20mm
- For optimum performance use machines with a power output of 300 500 watts.
- Only use machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
- The burr surface in contact with the workpiece should not exceed 1/3 of the total burr circumference. This will prevent tooth breakage due to excessive vibration and chattering.
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
