The crimped wire cup brush from PFERD is highly suitable for medium-duty brushing such as deburring, cleaning, removing the oxide layer as well as derusting on large surface.
Brush filament is manufactured using 1.4310 Stainless Steel wire which makes it the ideal solution for stainless steel (INOX) applications.

- Creates a uniform and fine surface finish.

Operating instruction:
- Observe the recommended rotational speed – Maximum operating speed is: 10 500 RPM
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
- Optimum operating RPM: 4 200 – 6 800 RPM.
- Optimum performance achieved on machines with a power output of > 300w.
- It is recommended to reduce the rotational speed when working on stainless steel to reduce heat build-up within the brushing area.
- Only use machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
- Avoid material cross contamination.
