PFERD POLICLEAN is a coarsely structured, non woven abrasive material developed from a special combination of synthetic fibres and abrasive grain. The material is glued onto a rigid fibre-reinforced backing pad which makes the POLICLEAN disc the ideal product for face down grinding applications. The product is suited for a variety of materials and applications requiring a coarse ("rough") ground surface finish. Applications include removing paint, scale, heat discolouration, rust and adhesive residue.

Operating instruction:
- Optimum cutting speed 30 - 35 m/s. (5 000 - 7 000 RPM)
- Maximum RPM: 10 000
- To avoid breakage, the maximum permissible RPM should not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Only use grinding machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
