PFERD POLINOX mounted grinding wheels consist of non-woven polyamide abrasive, into which abrasive grain is integrated. The non-woven abrasive flaps are arranged radially. A long tool life is achieved through the dense packing of the flaps. The tool is particularly used for surface work. PFERD’s POLINOX mounted grinding wheel range consist of various sizes and grit sizes as well as grain types suitable for a broad range of materials and applications.

Operating instruction:
- Optimum cutting speed 15 m/s. (5000 RPM)
- Maximum RPM: 10 000 RPM (30 m/s)
- To avoid breakage, the maximum permissible RPM should not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Contact pressure to be reduced if optimum recommended RPM is exceeded.
- Maximum shank overhang = 15mm.
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
