The E 115 – 1.9 STEELOX DUODISC is a portable combination wheel that offer the user the opportunity to cut and grind safely using a single product. The 1.9m is ideal for smooth cutting applications and the DUODISC design allows for deburring work thereafter without changing the tool or consumable. The STEELOX DUODISC is suited for steel and stainless steel (INOX) and offer a good cutting performance and excellent service life. Suitable applications include cutting, deburring, surface grinding, weld dressing and work on fillet welds.

Operating instruction:
- Observe the recommended rotational speed – Maximum operating speed is : 80m/s or 13 300 RPM
- Only use grinding machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
- Avoid excessive side pressure and maintain a 90° cutting angle.
- Avoid material cross contamination.
- Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.
