PFERD's CC-GRIND ROBUST is a modern, high performing and highly ergonomic alternative to conventional grinding discs, flap discs as well as fibre discs. The CC-GRIND ROBUST is manufactured and evaluated in accordance with the strictest quality requirements. As a founding member of the Organisation for Safety of Abrasives, PFERD is committed to conform to tougher inspection requirements which even goes beyond international recognised safety standards.
The CC-GRIND ROBUST delivers exceptional stock removal while achieving a superior surface finish. PFERD’s focus on stock removal, quality, safety, and comfort makes it universally suited for various materials including steel and stainless steel for a broad range of applications such as surface grinding, chamfering, deburring and weld dressing. The CC-GRIND ROBUST comes complete with a glass fibre reinforced backing which ensures durability and safety as well as suitability to commercially available angle grinders.
The CC-GRIND ROBUST "SG" consist of self-sharpening Ceramic Grains that offers a consistent and maximum stock removal rate as well as an extended service life. The open coated construction of the CC-GRIND ROBUST also assist with heat reduction in the grinding zone during operation.
