Grit selection Guideline:

• Coarse Grits 60 to 80: For high stock removal and smoothing out deep scratches. Surface rust removal
• Medium Grits 100 to 240: Blending and Shaping. For smoothing out shallow depressions and scratches, coarse sanding marks. Rounding sharp corners.
• Fine Grits 320 to 600: Initial Finishing. For removing light scratches & sanding marks. Preparing surfaces for painting.
• Very Fine Grits 800 to 1000: Final Finishing. For removing very light scratches & sanding marks. Final preparation for painting.

Operating instruction:
- Avoid material cross contamination.
